The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. There is a legitimate interest in processing the concerns of the persons concerned arising from the contact being made for a specific purpose.
The establishment of contact is expressly on a voluntary basis. Failure to do so has no effect on you.

Under the conditions of Art. 18 DSGVO, you can demand the restriction of processing and, pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, data transferability. Under the conditions of Art. 21 DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates provisions of the DSGVO, you can lodge a complaint with any State Commissioner for Data Protection (Art. 77 DSGVO).
In order to protect the personal data stored with me from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons, I have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures (e.g. HTTPS encryption). The appropriateness of the protective measures is continuously reviewed in cooperation with security experts and adapted to new security standards.
6. Statistical analysis of visits to this website
In the case of purely informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not send me any information, I only collect the data that your browser sends to the web server (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request as well as language and version of the browser software). Technical use of this data on the web server is limited to the duration of your use of the website. The processing is necessary to ensure the sustainable operation of our website.
